Here is the painting my class completed...I put the mat on it to make it "pop"
Once again, I am not really happy with the end result...I know, I know, I'm way too critical of my work.

The painting is lovely, I don't think you have anything to be disappointed with! Perhaps you would like it better if you put a lighter mat on top (double matting)...maybe a color to really bring out the detail, I'm thinking a green or yellow/orange or even another blue??
I love those oranges and yellows. They are so bright and cheerful, as if they are shouting: "Hello here I am!!" or "spring is almost here".
A really lovely painting. I'd be proud if I could paint like that!
